  1. Define intercultural communication and identify the benefits of intercultural communication skills within and outside your company or business setting.
  2. Identify what can hinder intercultural communication (culture clash, culture shock, stereotypes and prejudices)
  3. Identify some ways of communicating in different cultures (non-verbal and verbal behaviors) and some cultural values or value dimensions (power distance, high context Vs low context, etc.)
  4. Plan and implement strategies to improve your intercultural communication skills (Actions and attitudes and what an organization can do)
